Physical products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue from our side. This includes cases where the wrong item was delivered or the product was damaged during packaging or delivery responsibility from our end. To request assistance, customers must contact us with clear photos of the issue and their order number within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
